About the founder
Emilie Lasseron founded Phenomic after over 15 years delivering strategic and creative solutions at leading design and brand consultancies including IDEO, Wolff Olins, and Lippincott. She brings a nuanced understanding of what it takes to operationalize brand internally; having led in-house design and innovation teams at Chobani, Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, and a biotech focused on women’s health.
A seasoned leader working at the intersection of strategy, innovation and design, Emilie is passionate about identifying growth opportunities and creating holistic experiences for forward-thinking organizations. A human-centered approach to products, systems, and storytelling drives her work.
Emilie has a Masters in International Management and Cognitive Science from the University of California San Diego and a Bachelors in Political Economy from the University of California Berkeley.
